How to Go Bangkok to Pattaya - 2 Hours Journey - BUS with Toilet|Thailan...

New Video is released about Travelling from Bangkok to Thailand.  It was a tough day because the roads were blocked due to the Celebration of Kings Carnation Ceremony and We have to walk 5 kilometers and we were asked to change clothes roadside.

Booking.com created a scene, because of that we had to take a costly hotel.

DO watch and i hope you all will like it.

While you plan to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya, keep in mind:

1. Catch the bus from Eastern Bus Terminal

2. Timings are from 5:20 AM to 11:20 PM

3. Platform Number is 78

4. Platform 78 counter is on Left hand side of main gate entry

5. Ticket Price is 128 Bhat

6. Bus is AC and it has a toilet also

7. Seats are comfortable and specious

8. You get a slip for your bags put in the carriage box

9. Distance is 147 kilometers and time taken 2 hours

10. Driver and Bus Conductor, both are mostly female.

Travelling by bus from Bangkok to Pattaya is the most economical and cheapest option.

How to Reach at Eastern Bus Terminal:

There are 3 options available:

1. Tuk Tuk and Metered Taxi (Green and Yellow)

usually demands 300 bath for any trip, you can negotiate, scope of negotiation is always there.

2. Online Taxi (Grab Cab application)

have dynamic pricing depending on time, demand etc., just like Ola and Uber in India. Ranges between 200-300 Bhat.

3. By Bus

Red Color buses in Bangkok are free, Don’t use, Google Map to find the Bus Stops and bus Numbers. Use Moovit. This is what I recommend.

Other Mode of transportation to travel to Pattaya from Thailand

1. By Taxi

When you arrange a taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya through your hotel or a travel agency you should expect to pay a premium for the service so the price will be around 1500 baht. 1500 baht is the official meter-taxi rate from the city, but as always you can negotiate on this price.

2. By Train

The trains leave Bangkok's Hua Lampong train station at 6:45 and 6:55, arriving in Pattaya around 10pm. You'll need to get a songthaew, tuk-tuk or taxi from there into the city center. Tickets cost 140 baht for first class, 72 baht for second class and 31 baht for third class. Don’t recommend train as train journeys are slow and time consuming.

Hotels and other accommodations:

1. Booking hostel / Hotels online is better options. Recommend to book in advance. Last moment booking idea is not good. In Pattaya, I don’t recommend you to walk-in to a hotel, like we do in India, because they always ask for a very nigh price, knowing that you are a tourist.

2. Booking.com, can be a very good options to find cheap and good deals for hotel and hostels.

3. Also, Hostel World app can be used to book hostels.

To save of expenses, we recommend you travel in groups. It saves money.

See you in next part of Thailand Series. In Which I will take you to various tourist attractions in Pattaya.

Stay Tuned and Happy Travelling.
